Junior Controls Engineer 

Location: West Sussex 
Salary: £35,000

We’re looking for a Junior Controls Engineer to join an established engineering business. This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering graduate looking to develop a career in industrial automation and controls.

The Role

  • PLC programming using Siemens. 

  • Supporting automation, controls and machine development.

  • Electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting.

  • Supporting testing and commissioning of automated systems.

About You

  • Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or similar.

  • Some PLC/automation experience through work, university or projects.

  • Siemens PLC experience would be advantageous.

  • Hands-on, analytical and keen to develop within controls engineering.
