Graduate/Junior Draughtsman - Roofing, Cladding & Façades
Durham (Office Based - 5 Days Per Week)
£26,000 - £30,000 + Christmas Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Early Finish Fridays + Company Pension

This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist roofing, rainscreen and façade contractor delivering projects ranging from industrial buildings through to high-rise residential developments.

You will support the design team by producing AutoCAD drawings, preparing material schedules, attending occasional site visits and working closely with project teams to ensure designs are delivered accurately and efficiently.

The Role:

• Producing AutoCAD drawings for roofing, cladding and façade projects
• Preparing material schedules and supporting project delivery
• Attending occasional site visits across the North East and Yorkshire
• Working closely with the design and project teams throughout the project lifecycle

The Person:

• Degree, HNC/HND or relevant qualification in Architectural Technology, Construction, Engineering or a related discipline
• AutoCAD knowledge desirable
• Keen to develop skills in Revit, Rhino or other 3D design software
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude
• Full UK Driving License
