As a Teaching Assistant, you'll support students in lessons, work with small groups and help create a positive learning environment.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher absences, manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged with their learning.

We are looking for graduates who:

• Hold a degree in any subject
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Are confident, adaptable and enthusiastic
• Enjoy working with young people
• Are considering a career in teaching or education
• Have experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
