The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Electrical Design Engineer to join a growing MEP team and kickstart their career within a highly respected consultancy.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across live projects, working alongside experienced engineers and contributing to the design and delivery of high-quality electrical building services systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of electrical building services systems (lighting, power, small power, fire alarms, etc.)
• Produce electrical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Support senior engineers with calculations, reports, and technical documentation
• Attend project meetings and liaise with multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure designs comply with current UK standards and regulations
• Contribute to innovative and sustainable design solutions

About You

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• Strong interest in building services design
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
