Our Electronic Warfare Operations Support (EWOS) Group is growing, and we're looking for graduates who are curious, analytical and excited by solving complex technical problems.
Over two years you'll work across different specialist teams, helping deliver real defence capability while discovering where your strengths and interests can make the biggest impact.
By the end of the programme, you won't just have completed a graduate scheme, you'll have contributed to technology that helps protect the people protecting us, while building a career in one of defence's most exciting technical fields.
What you'll experience
During the programme you'll work across a range of specialist disciplines including:
- Solution Architecture – designing complex Electronic Warfare systems.
- Synthetic Environment Test Engineering – developing and testing capabilities in our Hardware-in-the-Loop facilities.
- Modelling, Simulation & Analysis – modelling real-world Electronic Warfare scenarios.
- Hardware Acceleration – deploying advanced algorithms onto FPGA and GPU technologies.
- Training – helping develop and deliver specialist Electronic Warfare training.
- Technical Sales – supporting customer engagement and future capability development.
Alongside real customer projects, you'll complete our Spectrum Warfare Specialist Course and Early Careers Programme, giving you the technical and professional foundations to build your career.
Where you'll work
You'll be based in Lincoln or St Neots, working in collaborative engineering teams. Where project requirements allow, we support a blend of office and home working.

Essential
- A degree in a STEM subject.
Through your studies, you'll likely have developed analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills that will help you succeed in this role.
It would be beneficial if you also have knowledge of:
- Electronics or radio frequency physics
- Programming (MATLAB, Python or JavaScript)
- Electronic Warfare or Radar Systems
- Computer hardware, networking or interfaces
