Are you a Graduate Electronics Engineer with an interest in RF or analogue electronics? Do you have experience through university projects using circuit design, PCB design or RF principles? Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit a Graduate Electronics Design Engineer to strengthen their engineering team.

In this role, you will receive hands-on training from experienced engineers whilst becoming involved in the full design lifecycle. You will support the design, development and testing of bespoke RF systems, assist with product improvements and work on technically challenging projects from concept through to production. The company actively invests in employee development, offering funded training courses and further education alongside a clearly defined progression pathway into senior engineering roles.

The Role:

  • Supporting the design and development of bespoke RF and electronic systems
  • Assisting with product development from concept through to manufacture
  • Testing, validating and improving existing product designs
  • Working alongside experienced engineers on technically challenging projects
  • Receiving structured training and mentoring
  • Funded professional training courses and further education
  • Hybrid working available

The Person:

  • Degree qualified in Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or similar
  • Understanding of electronics design through university, placements or personal projects
  • Interest in RF, analogue electronics or communication systems
  • Keen to develop technically within a specialist engineering business
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
  • Commutable to Bristol with hybrid working available
