There are two opportunities in Brent. One supporting people with mental health support needs, and the other supporting neurodivergent jobseekers to find meaningful employment.
You'll receive full training in the IPS employment support model, managing a caseload of around 14–18 people.
It's a community-based role, working across Job Centres, NHS sites and community venues, as well as building relationships with local employers to create job opportunities.

Full training is provided, including online learning, shadowing experienced colleagues and ongoing support from your manager.
