About The Role
We are seeking a motivated, high-calibre graduate to join our energetic, productive team. Bringing a strong work ethic, absolute integrity, and a collaborative mindset, you will grow into a key role building the engineering solutions that power a cleaner future.
Key Responsibilities

Learn and support complex engineering projects across various stages of the project life cycle.

Take full accountability for delivering assigned engineering tasks on time, on budget, and to standard.

Engage in stakeholder relationships to an exceptional standard, to ensure optimal project and commercial outcomes.

Support strong feedback loops into project design, safety processes, monitoring and control systems.

Responsible for own performance matrix

Assist in managing supplier and customer contracting processes, including commercial contract reviews and close coordination with legal advisors.

Proactively identify and resolve technical challenge before they impact delivery time lines.
Key Requirements

Education & Experience: Degree-qualified in a STEM subject, ideally with some work or commercial experience in the private sector

Problem solving & Analytical Acumen: be able to solve problems independently with minimum supervision

Logistics: Must be able to commute daily to our Cheltenham office (this role is fully office-based).

Right to Work: Must be permanently eligible to work in the UK. Please note, we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship for this role.
