We’re looking for a Graduate Site Investigation Engineer to join a busy ground engineering team working on a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects across the South West.

This is a field-based role where you’ll gain real site experience from day one, supported by structured training and experienced engineers.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting site investigations across live construction projects
• Logging soils and rock to industry standards
• Assisting with boreholes, trial pits, and field testing
• Recording and interpreting geotechnical data
• Supporting factual and interpretive report preparation

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or related subject
• Interest in geotechnical / site investigation work
• Comfortable working outdoors on site
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence (desirable)
