We're looking for a proactive and driven Business Adviser to join a leading global consumer goods organisation. This is a field-based role where you'll work closely with independent retailers, supermarkets, petrol stations and regional accounts, helping them maximise commercial opportunities and grow product performance within their stores.

• Managing your own geographical territory
• Building strong relationships with shop owners and decision-makers
• Advising retailers on product availability and category performance
• Negotiating trading agreements and commercial opportunities
• Delivering against agreed sales and distribution targets
• Analysing store and market data to identify growth opportunities
• Educating retailers and store staff on products and promotions
• Planning and executing activities to maximise business performance across your area

• Previous experience in field sales, account management, business development or retail management
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability
• Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own territory
• Comfortable analysing data and identifying opportunities
• Full UK driving licence required
