The Role:
This is a varied role that will give you exposure to multiple areas of the business. Responsibilities will include:
- Producing engineering drawings and 3D models
- Supporting product design and development activities
- Assisting with quotations and estimating projects
- Working with customers and internal teams to understand technical requirements
- Supporting engineering projects from concept through to manufacture
- Helping identify opportunities for product and process improvements
- Working across different projects and potentially supporting multiple businesses within the wider group

The Candidate:
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, curious and keen to build a successful engineering career. The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Experience using CAD software, ideally SolidWorks
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness to learn and get involved in a wide variety of activities
- A proactive attitude and desire to take ownership of tasks
