This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate to join a well-established automation solutions provider, working within a dynamic and experienced team at a modern manufacturing facility in Cheltenham.

What you’ll be doing:

• Take part in the full project lifecycle — from design to manufacturing and on-site commissioning.
• Assist in managing automation projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time and within budget.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments (mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing).
• Travel to client sites in the UK and occasionally overseas for installations and site visits.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree (or HNC/HND) in Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills — confident in client-facing roles.
• IT literate, ideally with experience using Microsoft Office and 2D/3D CAD software.
• Full UK driving licence (required).
