Duties

• Assist in the preparation and review of project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support the project finance team in monitoring project expenses and revenue streams.
• Maintain detailed records of financial transactions using specialized financial software, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and facilitate smooth communication across departments
• Assist in the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reimbursements in accordance with established procedures
