The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor, you could be involved in:
- Supporting students across KS3 and KS4
- Assisting teachers with lessons and classroom activities
- Providing additional support to students who need it
- Supervising classes when required
- Helping create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Building strong relationships with students
- Potentially supporting small-group work or leading activities as your confidence develops
