Are you a recent engineering graduate looking to kick-start your career in a dynamic, high-quality manufacturing environment?

MNB Precision is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Quality Engineer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to develop their technical knowledge, gain hands-on experience and play an important role in maintaining and improving the quality of precision-engineered components and processes.

Working alongside experienced engineers and colleagues across the business, you will gain exposure to all aspects of quality engineering, from inspection and problem-solving through to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

As a Graduate Quality Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support the day-to-day activities of the Quality Department.
• Assist with the inspection and verification of precision-engineered components.
• Help investigate quality issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support non-conformance reporting and problem-solving activities.
• Assist with internal audits and the maintenance of quality management systems.
• Work with production and engineering teams to drive quality improvements.
• Develop an understanding of engineering drawings, specifications and measurement techniques.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes, efficiency and product quality.
• Help ensure products meet customer requirements and relevant industry standards.

What are we looking for?

We are keen to hear from graduates who have:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• A genuine interest in quality, precision engineering and manufacturing.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A willingness to learn, take initiative and develop new skills.
• A positive attitude and the confidence to ask questions and challenge existing processes constructively.

Previous experience in a quality or manufacturing environment would be beneficial but is not essential. We are just as interested in your attitude, enthusiasm and potential to develop.
