Location: Altrincham, Greater Manchester
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 12:00pm-8:00pm | Friday Work From Home
Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

We are a specialist recruitment business partnering with leading construction and engineering firms across the United States. Due to continued growth, we're looking for motivated and driven graduates to join our Altrincham office as Recruitment Consultants.

• Recruiting skilled professionals for construction and engineering projects across the US.
• Building relationships with clients and candidates in a fast-paced, consultative environment.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing through to placement and account management.
• Working closely with some of the most exciting construction and engineering businesses in North America.
• Developing market expertise within specialist sectors and geographic regions.

Our commission structure rewards success and is designed to maximise your earnings.

• Earn up to 40% commission on revenue generated.
• Commission is paid monthly, not quarterly.
• Thresholds are based on quarterly performance, allowing top performers to reach higher commission percentages and benefit from them for longer.
• Uncapped earnings with no ceiling on what you can achieve.

Whilst the role is based in the UK, you'll work exclusively with our US client base, giving you exposure to one of the world's largest construction and engineering markets.

As you progress, you'll have opportunities to:

• Travel to the United States to meet clients.

• Office-based Monday to Thursday (12:00pm-8:00pm) to align with US business hours.
