The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
You'll receive full training to run a 360 recruitment desk, including:
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Building client relationships and developing new business
- Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
- Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
- Conducting sales calls and business development activity
- Working towards KPIs, targets and revenue goals
- Handling feedback, challenges and objections professionally
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
Start Date: Interviewing now for End of August / Start September starts
