The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
You'll receive full training to manage a 360 recruitment desk, including:
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Developing new business opportunities through sales activity
- Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
- Matching candidates to suitable roles and opportunities
- Conducting business development calls and client meetings
- Working towards KPIs, targets and revenue goals
- Managing feedback, challenges and objections professionally
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
