As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

• Interview and place candidates into schools
• Build strong candidate and client relationships
• Hit weekly KPIs and performance targets
• Learn sales, negotiation and influencing skills
• Be coached daily by top-performing consultants

You'll never be left to "figure it out" - the training and support here is industry-leading.

After completing the Impact Academy, you'll progress into a full sales role with specialist training in:

• Business development
• Margin negotiation
• Client visits and account growth
• Advanced communication and customer service

Many consultants dramatically increase their earnings within their second year.
