We're partnering with a leading EAP provider that is growing its Manchester sales team and looking for ambitious Graduate / Entry-Level Business Sales Executives to join an established, high-performing environment.

What will you be doing?

As a Business Sales Executive, you'll be at the heart of the company's growth, helping to introduce its services to businesses across the UK.

Your day will involve:

• Proactively contacting prospective B2B clients and generating new business opportunities
• Speaking with business decision-makers and building strong relationships
• Identifying, qualifying and nurturing potential opportunities
• Asking the right questions to understand a prospect's needs
• Building and managing your own sales pipeline
• Collaborating with experienced Business Development Managers
• Working towards individual and team targets and celebrating your successes along the way
