This Graduate SEN Support Assistant role in Slough may include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Supporting children with special educational needs and helping them access learning
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom
• Helping pupils understand and follow teacher instructions
• Working 1:1 with pupils or supporting small groups within the SEN department
• Monitoring and recording pupil progress and development
