The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs.
• Assist teachers in delivering accessible and engaging lessons.
• Support pupils' communication, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
• Help implement individual learning and behaviour strategies.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
• Encourage independence, resilience, and positive engagement in school life.

About You

The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:

• A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related subject.
• A genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
