The Role

As a Graduate SEN TA, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
  • Assist with lessons, interventions and classroom activities.
  • Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Work alongside teachers and SEN professionals.


About You

The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:

  • A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.
