What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with candidates by phone and video
- Advertising vacancies and attracting applicants
- Searching for talent through job boards and social media
- Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
- Building your own network of education professionals
- Supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey
- Working closely with experienced recruiters to fill vacancies efficiently
What We're Looking For
