Job Overview:
- This school caters for students aged 11-16.
- Full-time, Monday - Friday, Learning Support Assistant role.
- Support students in lessons on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
- Help students develop confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours.
- Provide additional support for students with SEND and varying learning needs.
- Encourage student participation and engagement across the curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and parents where appropriate.
- Contribute to creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
