The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers and school leaders to:
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
- Help pupils build confidence in Maths, English and phonics
- Support children with varying learning needs, including SEND where required
- Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management
- Create a positive, engaging learning environment

We're Looking For Graduates Who:
- Hold a degree (or are due to graduate in Summer 2026)
- Have a genuine passion for working with children
- Are confident, proactive and eager to learn
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can commit to a full-time role from September 2026
Experience working with children through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work, volunteering or school placements is desirable but not essential.
