Graduate Teaching Assistant

Prospero Teaching is seeking ambitious graduates looking to build a career in education to join a high-performing secondary school and sixth form in Tower Hamlets.

Serving students aged 11-19, the school offers a supportive environment where staff are committed to transforming outcomes and helping young people achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students across KS3, KS4 and KS5
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Promote student engagement, confidence and academic progress

Requirements:

• Degree qualified
• Passion for education and supporting young people
• Right to Work in the UK
• DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Two professional references
