The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll become an important part of the school community, supporting teachers and helping pupils to thrive both academically and personally.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting learning in the classroom across a range of subjects.
- Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions.
- Encouraging pupil confidence, engagement and independence.
- Supporting children with additional needs, including SEND.
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

We're looking for graduates who:
- Hold a degree in any subject.

- Have experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
