Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting learning in the classroom across a range of subjects.
• Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions.
• Encouraging pupil confidence, engagement and independence.
• Supporting children with additional needs, including SEND.
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

• Hold a degree in any subject.
