We are working with a welcoming secondary school in Bournemouth seeking a Cover Supervisor to join their team.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll oversee classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and complete work that has already been set. You'll play an important role in maintaining a positive learning environment while gaining first-hand experience of secondary education.

This is a fantastic stepping stone into teaching, allowing you to develop classroom management skills and build confidence without the responsibilities of lesson planning or marking.

• Supervising classes across a range of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere
• Supporting students in completing pre-prepared work
• Building professional relationships with teaching staff and pupils
• Gaining valuable insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of teachers and school staff

• Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule (8:30am - 3:30pm)
