Based in Teddington, we are looking to recruit a Graduate recruitment consultant to retain & grown existing clients within the Telecom's / I.T sector.

Clients range from Tier 1 Telco's , Service providers, vendors & global integrators.

Your Profile

• Were looking for a Sales orientated individual - training will be provided.
• 360 recruitment role 
• Focus on building a desk - hybrid of perm & freelancers
• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
• Ability to build and maintain relationships within existing clients - ability to source candidates as per the brief/ specifications presented by the client
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Competitive, tenacious and resilient.
• High energy, ambitious, motivated and target driven.
• Team player who can also work alone using own initiative

• Salary £24000 -28000 base salary + competitive commission plan.
