GRAPHIC DESIGNER - MATERNITY COVER (9-12 MONTHS) - B2C CONSUMER BRANDS

Our client is a premium consumer products company known for delivering high quality, unique products with a strong shelf presence. They're looking for a talented, packaging-focused Graphic Designer to cover a period of maternity leave, bringing brands to life through striking structural and visual packaging concepts.

Location: Hybrid, Crawley (RH10) - 3 days office-based / 2 days from home

AS GRAPHIC DESIGNER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Design packaging layouts and structural concepts tailored to each brand, ensuring all print-ready assets meet high commercial standards
• Prepare print-ready artwork and implement existing layouts across different cutters, liaising with printers and suppliers
• Create social media posts, digital adverts and POS materials, keeping designs on-trend and on-brand
• Maintain brand guidelines and consistency across multiple touchpoints, brands and product lines
• Manage multiple briefs and competing deadlines across a varied and fast-paced project load

THE IDEAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER WILL HAVE:

• Strong packaging design experience with a solid understanding of print production and cutter implementation
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Express and InDesign
• Experience creating artwork for both print and digital, including motion graphics and animation
• Confidence using AI tools such as Adobe Firefly to support ideas, image generation, retouching and design development
• Ability to manage multiple brands, products and projects simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency
