Description

  • Support the delivery of the organisation's rebrand and brand development initiatives.
  • Create high-quality graphic design assets for digital, print, social media, email, and web channels.
  • Design and maintain branded templates across PowerPoint, Word, Canva, and Mailchimp.
  • Produce engaging visual content that strengthens brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, social media management, and LinkedIn advertising activity.
  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing and communication materials.
  • Design event collateral including banners, presentations, digital displays, and handouts.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to deliver creative and digital marketing projects.
  • Update website content and maintain organised digital asset libraries.
  • Support internal communications and wider marketing activities across the organisation.

Profile

A successful Graphic Designer should have:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, branding, and marketing communications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong skills in Canva, Mailchimp, PowerPoint, and Word design.
  • Ability to create visually compelling content across digital and print media.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Understanding of brand management and visual identity standards.
  • Experience with social media marketing and digital campaign delivery.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
