The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Groundcare Engineer with a passion for maintaining high-performance equipment?
Our client, a well-established Plant and Groundcare dealership, is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Groundcare Engineer to join their growing team. The Role
As a Groundcare Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of groundcare machinery
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults efficiently
- Providing both on-site and workshop-based support
- Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional service levels
- Competitive salary of £35,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Groundcare Engineer or similar position
- Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
