About the Role
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Bridgend on a temporary basis.
This is a hands-on outdoor role, carrying out general grounds maintenance duties to help keep the site looking clean, tidy and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating an on-site vehicle safely and responsibly
- Watering plants, flowerbeds and landscaped areas
- Leaf blowing and general site tidying
- Strimming and maintaining grassed areas
- Carrying out general grounds maintenance duties as required
- Keeping outdoor areas clean, presentable and safe
- Working safely and following site procedures
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous grounds maintenance or gardening experience is desirable
- Full, valid driving licence is essential
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual duties
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a pride in maintaining high standards
