I’d be keen to hear from anyone who has worked as a Ground Maintenance Operative, Groundskeeper, Estate Operative, Estate Maintenance Operative, Gardener, or External Maintenance Operative.
As a Ground Maintenance Operative, you will be:
  • Grass cutting and collection
  • Removing and disposing of green waste
  • Hedge cutting, reduction, and shaping
  • Strimming and weed management
  • Carrying out shrub maintenance, pruning, and planting
  • Completing litter picking duties across estates
  • Maintaining external communal areas to a high standard
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
  • Previous experience as a Ground Maintenance Operative or within grounds maintenance
  • Experience working on residential estates, social housing, or similar environments
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Ability to pass a DBS check
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
This Ground Maintenance Operative role is offering:
