Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing budgets, contractors, procurement and site resources.
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are met across all operations.
  • Supporting site improvement projects and environmental initiatives.
  • Maintaining exceptional standards across a unique and meaningful environment.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • Experience managing a grounds maintenance, landscaping, parks or estates team.
  • A strong background in grounds maintenance, horticulture, woodland or landscape management.
  • Experience planning maintenance schedules to keep outdoor spaces looking their best throughout the seasons.
  • An understanding of budgeting and resource management (full support will be provided to develop this further).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and solve problems effectively.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Additional qualifications such as digger or dumper tickets, or grave digging experience, would be advantageous but are by no means essential.

In return, you'll be joining an organisation that genuinely values its people and offers an excellent benefits package, including:

  • Supportive working environment with opportunities for professional development and career progression.
  • 33 days' holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).
