You'll be working for a major local authority in the Cannock area, covering Rugeley and Hednesford, known for its strong team environment and commitment to maintaining its housing stock. As a Groundworker, you will be:
  • Carrying out slabbing and paving works across domestic properties
  • Installing and repairing fencing
  • Completing small-scale brickwork including steps and low walls
  • Supporting general external maintenance and improvement works
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance or external works
  • Experience with paving, fencing, or basic brickwork
  • Someone who can also bring along a labourer
  • Ability to use their own van
The Groundworker role is offering the following benefits:
  • Competitive rate of £21–£22 per hour
  • 37 hours per week (Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:00pm, Friday 8:00am–3:30pm)
  • Local work across Cannock, Rugeley, and Hednesford
  • 12-week contract with an immediate start available
