Permanent, Full Time - 39 hour standard working week Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 16:30 and Friday 08:00 - 15.30

We’re seeking a Groundworker to be a key member of our Cobalt Housing Property Services team, providing a comprehensive service within Cobalt’s properties. You’ll be responsible for carrying out tasks in both void and tenanted properties, including brickwork, fencing, and flagging works, as well as tasks related to our enhanced Handyman service. Your work will contribute directly to our Responsive Repairs, Voids, and Planned Maintenance Programmes, helping us ensure our properties are safe and well-maintained.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a working environment carrying out extensive painting works
  • Ability to carry out all aspects of ground work, brickwork and fencing works to a high standard
  • Time served and/or NVQ level 2/3 in relevant trade or extensive experience
  • IT Literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and to work in a team environment
  • Current driving licence
