Experienced Groundworker Required – CV12, Coventry
Drainage Alteration | New Foundations | Extension Project
We are currently looking for an experienced Groundworker for a residential extension project in CV12, Coventry.
The successful Groundworker will be responsible for altering the existing drainage to run around the new foundation and constructing the new foundation required for the extension wall.
This is a hands-on job requiring someone with proven experience in groundworks, drainage and foundation construction.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Groundworker
- Strong experience with foundations
- Proven drainage experience
- Experience altering existing drainage runs
- Experience preparing and constructing foundations for extensions
- Able to work accurately to levels and specifications
- Recent work references required
- Own tools
- Own PPE
- Reliable and hardworking
- Able to work safely and professionally
If you have a reliable Labourer who you normally work with and can bring them to site, this would be preferred.
The Job:- Alter existing drainage
- Move the current drainage route to pass around the new foundation
- Prepare ground for the new extension
- Dig and construct the new foundation
- Work alongside the Bricklayer and other trades
- Keep the work area safe and tidy
- Complete groundworks to a high standard
