Location: Buxton (SK17)

Rate: £20ph (CIS)

Hours: 8 hours a day (Monday-Friday)

Contract: 2 months’ worth

Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Groundworkers (as part of either a Front End or Finishing Groundworks Gang) to start on a New Build Homes Site in Buxton (SK17).

There are approx. 60-70 plots homes to work on (with 3 men in each gang consisting of a 360 Operative and 2 Groundworkers).

You will be involved in slabbing, edging and kerbing/kerb laying on-site.

Please note - If you have a Dumper Card, that would be advantageous.

Groundworker Requirements:

• A Valid CSCS Groundworker Card
• A Valid Dumper Card (CPCS or NPORS).
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Groundworker (within New Build Residential, Front End and Finishing settings)
• Your own PPE (a Hard Hat, Hi Vis Vest and Safety Boots).
