Groundworker in Birmingham, West Midlands

We’re looking for an experienced Groundworker to join a social housing repairs contract in Birmingham. There’s ongoing work available for someone reliable who can get stuck in and work to a good standard.

You’ll be working on occupied properties, so you need to be mindful of tenants, respectful of their homes and able to work around them professionally.

The work includes:
  • Slabbing and paving
  • Fencing repairs and installations
  • Laying gravel
  • Kerb edging
  • General external repairs and maintenance
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience as a Groundworker
  • Blue CSCS card
  • Own van and tools
  • Good standard of workmanship
  • Able to work around tenants in occupied properties
  • Reliable and professional attitude
