Groundworker in Leeds, West Yorkshire

We are seeking an experienced Groundworker to join a social housing maintenance contractor covering Leeds and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will carry out a range of external repairs, groundwork, drainage, concreting, fencing, and paving works across tenanted and void properties.
This role requires a customer-focused individual with experience working in occupied homes and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship whilst maintaining health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilites
- Carry out reactive and planned external repairs to social housing properties.
- Complete groundwork and reinstatement works including:
- Flagging and paving repairs
- Kerbing works
- Concrete repairs and paths
- Tarmac patching
- Drainage repairs and installations
- Excavation and trenching
- Install and repair fencing, gates, posts, and boundary structures.
A CSCS card is required and ideally an NVQ level 2 in groundworks. A van and fuel card will be provided.
