GROUNDWORKS SUPERVISOR REQUIRED in Colchester, Essex

Rate for the GROUNDWORKS SUPERVISOR: £250 per day

Role: Groundworks supervisor needed to for topsoil works, stone works and earthworks.

Requirements:

• CSCS Gold Card (Preferred)
• Proven experience on earthworks / groundworks projects
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members at all levels.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
