My client is a specialist construction contractor delivering design, installation, refurbishment, and maintenance solutions for retail forecourts, commercial developments, and alternative energy infrastructure across the UK. With decades of industry experience, the company provides high-quality, end-to-end project delivery, helping clients modernise fuel, EV charging, and commercial facilities safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

Please note that this role covers locations across the UK and requires staying away from home during the working week, with overnight accommodation provided as needed. Happy to take on a gang of 3 Groundworkers.

They are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker to join their growing team.

Groundworkers – Leading Petrol Forecourts Contractor

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all aspects of groundworks including drainage, foundations, excavation, concreting, kerbing, ducting, and reinstatement.
• Work safely and efficiently in line with site procedures and health & safety regulations.
• Read and follow site drawings and instructions.
• Support the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Groundworkers – Leading Petrol Forecourts Contractor

Requirements:

• Previous groundworks or civil engineering experience.
• Valid CSCS card.
• CPCS/NPORS plant tickets are advantageous.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable.
• Flexibility to work on projects across the UK where required.

Salary

The day rate  on offer for this role is £180-£190 per day, plus accommodation provided.
