Groundworkers - Underpinning

TradeField Recruitment is currently looking for experienced Groundworkers with underpinning experience to work on behalf of a leading property development company in Hertfordshire.

This is a 2–3 week contract with excellent rates available for the right candidates. We are ideally looking for two experienced operatives who already work together as a pair, although individual applications from highly experienced underpinners will also be considered.

The Role

• Traditional underpinning works
• Excavation and concrete placement
• Working to engineering drawings and site specifications
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety
• Working as part of a small, experienced team

Requirements

• 8+ years' underpinning experience
• Previous experience working on structural and underpinning projects
• Ability to work independently and to a high standard
• Own tools and PPE preferred
• Reliability and strong attention to detail
