Groundworks Labourer

Location: Hindhead Surrey

£17.50 per hr CIS PAY

7.30am - 4pm

About the Role

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundworks Labourer to join our team on a busy construction site. The successful candidate will assist groundworkers with a variety of tasks, helping to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting groundworkers with all aspects of groundwork operations.
• Manual excavation and trenching.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Assisting with drainage, kerbing, paving, and concreting works.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Carrying out general labouring duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience working on construction sites or within groundworks is preferred.
• Valid CSCS Card (essential).
• Good understanding of site health and safety.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual work.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
