Interim Group Accountant

Elevation Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a brilliant business in South Yorkshire who are looking for a fully qualified Group Accountant to join their Group Finance team.

• Preparation of Group management accounts, including consolidation, analysis and commentary.
• Support month-end and year-end close across multiple entities.
• Preparation of statutory accounts and support with the external audit.
• Manage intercompany accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support cash flow forecasting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Work closely with regional and operational finance teams to ensure accurate Group reporting.
• Support improvements to financial controls, reporting and processes.

Key Skills: 

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Strong financial accounting and Group reporting experience.
• Experience of consolidations, statutory reporting and audit.
• Strong Excel skills and confident working across multiple entities.
• Proactive, hands-on and a strong communicator.
