Group Financial Controller – SaaS

Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Contract: 12 Months
Rate: £400–£500 per day
IR35: Outside IR35

We're recruiting an experienced Group Financial Controller to join a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS business on a 12-month contract. Reporting to the CFO, you'll lead Group financial reporting and controls across a multi-entity, multi-currency environment while supporting continued growth and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly Group consolidations across 4–5 entities.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management accounts.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, FRS 102 and UK GAAP.
• Manage statutory reporting and external audits.
• Support Board and investor reporting.
• Drive finance process improvements and ERP implementation.
• Support M&A activity and post-acquisition integration.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Proven Group Financial Controller or Group Reporting experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge of IFRS, FRS 102 and UK GAAP.
• Multi-entity consolidation and statutory reporting experience.
• SaaS, technology or PE-backed business experience preferred.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.
