We are now looking to appoint an experienced Group PA & Office Manager to provide high-level executive support to our Chief Executive Officer and Group Board of Directors.
The Role
This is a senior and highly trusted position within the business.
You will become a key extension of the CEO and Group Board, ensuring their time, priorities, meetings and commitments are managed effectively while coordinating activity across the Executive Leadership Team and Senior Management Team.
This role goes significantly beyond traditional diary management and administration.
We are looking for someone who can anticipate requirements, understand priorities, resolve potential issues before they arise and ensure agreed actions are followed through across the business.
You will need to be highly organised, commercially aware, confident working with senior stakeholders and completely comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

Proactively managing the diaries, meetings and priorities of the CEO and Group Directors.

Developing a strong understanding of each Director's working style, commitments and priorities to manage diaries effectively.

Acting as a key point of contact for requests to meet with the CEO and Board.

Ensuring meetings have a clear purpose, appropriate preparation and relevant documentation.

Preparing agendas, meeting packs, reports and supporting documentation for Board, Executive Leadership and Senior Management meetings.

Attending senior leadership meetings and producing accurate, comprehensive minutes.

Recording key decisions and agreed actions and ensuring these are followed through to completion.

Maintaining and monitoring Group priorities and key business actions.

Coordinating communication between the Board, Executive Leadership Team, Senior Management Team and wider Group.

Supporting governance, reporting and document management across multiple Group companies.

Coordinating Board meetings, leadership events, company functions, travel arrangements and external engagements.

Managing confidential commercial, financial, strategic and employee-related information with complete discretion.

Continuously reviewing administrative processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and organisation.

Supporting the Board in maintaining high standards of professionalism, organisation and accountability across the Group.
What We Are Looking For

You will ideally have previous experience supporting a CEO, Board of Directors or C-Suite leadership team within a fast-paced and demanding environment.
The successful candidate will possess:

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
