BIM Manager / Senior Architectural Technologist
The role function is to support the company’s design and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Helping to manage the transition from Autocad to Revit.
- Coordinating data flow
- preparing construction plans and technical details using CAD/Revit software.
- Developing specifications and assisting with housing standards and regulatory approvals.
- Producing working drawings.
- Managing building regulation applications
- Resolving technical queries to ensure site developments run smoothly.
Salary Expectations:
- Typically ranges between £50,000 to £52,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Company Car (EV/ Hybrid or Petrol or Car Allowance.
- Fuel Card
- 7:30am – 4pm
- Hybrid work (3 days in the office)
